Oak Street Construction
Oak Street, as it crosses Congress Street in downtown Portland, Maine, was the inspiration here. Scaffolding framed the art deco building on the corner. I took smaller images and combined them, flipping and rotating the pieces. I printed the combined image in a mix of Prussian Blue and Portland Black. The thin layer of handmade paper with leaves introduces nature into this geometric print.
